News: Andean Court (TJCA) affirms that there is no right derived from the coexistence of unregistered trademarks
Decision 486 of 2000 is the rule that contains the intellectual property system applicable in the member countries of the Andean Community of Nations: Bolivia, Ecuador, Colombia and Peru.
To ensure uniform application of that rule, the Andean Court must to explain, in particular cases, how the rule should be applied.
